This website is operated by EOR Angola. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These website terms are separate from any service agreement we may enter into with you, which will have its own terms.
The content on this site describes our services and gives general information about employment, payroll, tax, currency and immigration in Angola. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Angolan law in these areas has changed materially in recent years and further change is expected, including a new personal income tax code anticipated to take effect in January 2027. How any rule applies depends on your circumstances, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Figures such as tax thresholds, contribution rates, minimum wages, government fees, exchange rates, quota requirements and timelines change, in some cases at short notice. Where a date is shown against a figure, that is the position we believe applied at that date and not a representation that it still applies. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that any particular work visa, residency or approval will be granted, since those decisions rest with the Angolan authorities.
Any conversion between kwanza and another currency shown on this site is indicative and valid only as at the date stated. Exchange rates in Angola have moved substantially in recent years, and any figure expressed in a foreign currency should be re-checked before it is relied on for budgeting.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You may view and print content for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the Angolan courts sitting in Luanda. Employment relationships we establish in Angola are in all cases governed by Angolan law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Angolan labour courts. Our commercial services agreement with a client may specify a different governing law and forum, and where it does, that agreement prevails over these website terms as between us and that client.
This website is published in English for the convenience of international clients. Employment contracts, filings and other documents we issue in Angola are in Portuguese, and where a document exists in both languages the Portuguese text governs.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
